The Armortech Junior Progressive Barbell Package is designed specifically for young athletes who are beginning their strength-training journey and need a barbell setup that allows them to progress gradually.

Featuring a lightweight 10kg Junior Olympic Barbell, 5kg bumper plates and a complete set of fractional plates from 0.5kg to 2.5kg, this package gives young athletes the ability to make small, controlled increases in load rather than relying on large jumps between weights.

The smaller increments are particularly useful when learning lifting technique, developing strength and building confidence with movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, rows and Olympic lifting variations.
