Save on Shipping with Depot Collection
Avoid shipping costs by picking up your order at one of our depot locations across New Zealand. Follow these steps to collect your order:
- Select Depot Collection: At checkout, choose the 'Depot Collection' option for the depot nearest to you.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a packing slip, including the consignment number and depot address.
- Order Preparation: Our team will prepare your order within 3 to 7 business days.
- Collection Notification: The depot team will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for pickup.
- Pickup Process: Bring your consignment number and driver's license to the depot to collect your order.
Please note: All orders sent to a depot location must be picked up within 3 Business days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be returned to our Warehouse, and shipping costs for redelivery may apply.
