HALF RACK COMPONENT

The heavy-dutyHalf Rack stands tall with 50x50mm uprights (3mm thick), offering maximum stability and strength. Numbered uprights with see-through windows make it easy to track height adjustments, while 2x J-hooks and 2x Safety Spotters come lined with UHMW plastic to protect your barbell and frame. The spotters also double as lat pulldown knee support using the included foam pads, giving you even more functionality. For added resistance training, the rack includes 4x band peg pins, and the multi-grip pull-up bar now features a multi-angle, foam-padded design for a more comfortable and varied upper body workout.

SMITH MACHINE COMPONENT

Train safely and efficiently with the integrated Smith Machine, now featuring smooth linear bearings and included safety stops for added peace of mind. The 25mm self-aligning linear bearings ensure flawless movement, while the 21cm loadable sleeves on each side support both Olympic and standard plates with interchangeable adapters. The Smith bar is 15kg and has a 28mm grip, giving you a commercial gym feel at home. Built for performance and durability, the F40 PRO Smith Machine is ideal for squats, presses, and controlled lifts up to 200kg per side.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINER COMPONENT

Experience fluid, full-range motion with the dual adjustable pulley system, each side powered by a plastic 70KG weight stack. With aluminium pulleys, heavy-duty cables rated over 350kg, and flared shrouds that reduce cable friction, you’ll get a smoother, more efficient workout every time. The one-hand height adjustment system with pull-pin and visible numbering makes switching between exercises quick and easy. Premium metal attachments, including 2x D-handles and double eyelet bar, come standard, and the foot plate attachment makes low rows feel solid and controlled. The integrated D-ring allows you to connect power bands, TRX straps, or other accessories with ease.
