The sales staff were extremely helpful and they split my purchase into two so that I could get most of my stuff while waiting for the "out of stock" purchases to arrive later. So far the chrome plate held up pretty well despite dropping the bar several times on the concrete floor didn't have any dent or scratches on the bar love it very much I would highly recommend this product
