    Good gear, tricky assembly, fairly solid.

    This is a very handy piece of kit but the assembly instructions are pretty hard to follow. Allow time - the instructions for the frame are one exploded diagram on which it's not always easy to see which bolt goes where, or even where the pieces attach. However, having the measurements included for each bold and the ruler included on the packaging was really helpful. Once you've got the frame sussed, the rest comes together pretty easily. You'll want to have a couple of spanners handy as there's nothing in the box for tightening the bolts. I had a couple from ordering an Armortech rack a couple of years ago which fit perfectly - otherwise adjustable spanners or similar would do the job nicely. It's pretty solid once it's together - a tiny bit of lateral wobble but nothing that's causing a problem.
