Simply make a single purchase of $500 or more with Flex Equipment between 1 September and 30 September 2026, and you’ll automatically be entered into the draw.

The more qualifying purchases you make, the more chances you have to win — each separate qualifying purchase of $500 or more counts as one entry.

Entries close at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026, with the winner drawn on Friday, 2 October 2026.

Terms and Conditions – "Reform Your Summer" Bendis Pilates Reformer Giveaway

Eligibility

• The competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Employees of Flex Equipment, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

• Purchases must be made by the entrant directly from Flex Equipment during the competition period.

Competition Period

• The competition opens at 12:00am on 1 September 2026.

• The competition closes at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.

• Any purchases made outside this period will not qualify for entry.

How to Enter

• Entry is automatic when making a single purchase of $500 or more with Flex Equipment during the competition period.

• The $500 minimum purchase value is based on the total value of the individual order, excluding any shipping/freight charges.

• Each qualifying order counts as one entry, regardless of the number or value of individual products included in that order.

• Multiple qualifying orders may be made by the same person, with each qualifying order counting as a separate entry.

• There is no limit to the number of qualifying entries per person.

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, or otherwise not completed may be deemed ineligible and removed from the draw.

Prize

• The prize is one Bendis Pilates Reformer, valued at $4,999.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product or prize.

• The prize is not redeemable for cash or credit.

• The prize will be provided as advertised and is subject to availability. Flex Equipment reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, 2 October 2026.

• The draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

• The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their qualifying order.

• The winner's name may be announced on Flex Equipment's website and/or social media channels.

• The decision of Flex Equipment regarding the winner is final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

Winner Notification & Redraw

• The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, Flex Equipment reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

• Any redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Delivery

• The prize will be arranged for delivery to the winner's nominated New Zealand delivery address following confirmation of their details.

• Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

• Flex Equipment is not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

General Conditions

• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Flex Equipment reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or entry.

• Flex Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or has otherwise attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition.

• Flex Equipment reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

• Flex Equipment reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

• Any personal information collected in connection with the competition will be handled in accordance with Flex Equipment's applicable privacy policy and New Zealand privacy laws.
