General Promotion Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional activity for the Pop-Up Spin and Win offer, First-Order Pop-Up, and the Gift With Purchase promotions run by Flex Fitness Equipment (we, us, our). By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Spin and Win, Pop Up Promotion
How It Works
Customers may participate in the Spin and Win wheel via the website pop-up.
Prizes include Flex Grip Socks, Flex Shaker, and Flex Gym Backpack.
Order Completion Timer
Customers must complete their order within the displayed timer to be eligible for any prize awarded via the pop-up.
Important Notes
Prizes are available only while stocks last. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Limit one Spin and Win redemption per customer.

Post-GWP Voucher Offer
If free gifts sell out, customers will receive vouchers instead:
Spend $150 or more → $25 voucher redeemable on next purchase of $150 or more
Spend $500 or more → $50 voucher redeemable on next purchase of $500 or more
Spend $1000 or more → $100 voucher redeemable on next purchase of $1000 or more
Voucher and Discount Code Terms
Restrictions
Vouchers and discount codes cannot be used on Concept2, Airmill, or Rejuvenex products.
Only one voucher or discount code can be used per transaction.
Vouchers cannot be used on the same purchase they are earned from.
Discount codes are one use per customer.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Minimum Spend Requirements
$25 voucher → minimum $150 spend
$50 voucher → minimum $500 spend
$100 voucher → minimum $1000 spend
Usage
Discount codes apply once per order.
Codes are valid on eligible products only.
Codes must be entered at checkout and are not automatically applied.
Free Gift Notice
Free gifts are only available with a minimum purchase of $150.
Each free gift is limited to one per order.
Gifts cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Email Communication Requirements
Automated voucher emails will be sent to:
Customers who qualify through standard GWP spend thresholds
Customers who win an equivalent voucher via Spin and Win
The email will include a unique discount code and instructions for use
Stock Availability and Substitutions
All free gifts, prizes, and vouchers are available only while stocks last
Flex Fitness Equipment reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if required.
Fair Use and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust orders where misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.
Multiple accounts created by the same customer to obtain additional rewards may be cancelled.
Amendments and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or end these promotions at any time without prior notice
Any changes will not affect vouchers or codes already issued.
