Adjustable Dumbbell Packages

When regular training for muscle build and strength boost is the goal and space is an issue, you don’t have to look among the fixed range of dumbbells - our premium Flex Equipment adjustable dumbbells collection has something to offer for everyone who wants to make the most of training without it being at the expense of performance or storage space.

How Do Adjustable Dumbbells Work?
Fit for both home and commercial gyms where you want to avoid the bulkiness, these dumbbells give you the best of regular dumbbells with the chance to customise the weight you want to work out with. Cost-effective, compact and highly versatile, you can use a single set of dumbbells for various exercises, from bicep curls to shoulder press and full body workouts like deadlifts, with a simple change of weight.

They’re designed to be tailored with weights based on underlying locking mechanisms, with manual plate loading being one of the most basic and popular options. Affordable and effective, it takes some time to load the weights but it’s a customisable solution that gives you more tool for less - perfect for use on its own, or in a combination with other tools like resistance bands, or equipment like weight benches.

Browse through our range with designs from premium brands like Armortech and Nuobell, find your perfect match and combine it in your cardio warm-ups for some serious strength boost results. If you need help with the selection, we’d be more than happy to assist.

Which adjustable style should I choose?
Dial and pin-select models switch weights in seconds and feel close to fixed dumbbells, which is handy for supersets and drop sets. Spinlocks are budget friendly and let you micro-load, but changes take longer. Olympic dumbbell handles suit 50 mm plates and higher total loads. If you already have standard plates, pick a spinlock kit that matches them to keep costs down.
