The Armortech Cable Crossover attachment is an excellent addition to the PC5 Cage, allowing the user to utilise two individual pulleys for both unilateral and compound movements. This is helpful as it gives the user the opportunity to engage their muscles in a new form, producing greater results
The Cable Crossover attachment comes with a heavy duty construction and a fixed bolting system. This is essential as it helps to keep the crossover attachment safe and stable during workouts. Aircraft quality cables are also included, giving the attachment a very smooth and consistent movement during workouts. Plate holders come included with this attachment, accepting both Olympic and standard sized plates. Two single handle cable attachments also come included.

Construction = 8/10
✔️ All pieces included
✔️ Fitted well for 99% of the parts
✔️ Strong/stable
❌ did have to drill a hole slightly in the stainless steel pole to get a snug fit with the screws (a bracket was welded on a slight angle causing a slight misalignment, did require a drill/drill bit)
❌ Also had to hammer one of the metal casings that slides up and down the pole to remove a slight bend that was causing friction (easy to adjust)
Quality = 8/10
✔️ sturdy metal work and welds
✔️ Components were solid, including pulley holders and weight carriers
〰 carabiners provided are quite small
❌ however the weight carrier can be a bit wobbly (I haven’t pushed it too far, but seems to hold a decent amount)
❌ Cable movement is smooth enough to provide that cable tension, but metal on metal via a single pole will not provide the exact same feel (minor)
Ergonomics = 7/10
✔️ Allows for a good upper and lower stretch
✔️ Adequate distance between both poles for cable cross-overs
✔️ Single-arm extensive cable excercise selection
〰 increases the rack width (with weight plates) to about 2.4-2.7m) (could be good or bad)
❌ pulleys must be orientated in a specific direction to avoid friction on weight plates (minor issue that doesn’t impact training)
❌ the distance between the two poles doesn’t not allow for a 7ft barbell to fit inbetween, meaning the outside of the rack can’t be used for barbell work (bit of a hassle/annoying)

Got more gains from these cables then using dumbbells and barbell. Instructions basically non existent though so watch a YouTube video
