The rear pad is not adjustable Which would assist the person using it and not suited for shorter people due the the size of the pad, I’m 5’11.

This thing smashes your quads. As someone who wants to compete, this piece of equipment has helped me break through a plateau I’ve had with my quads for about a year! So simple but so effective at isolating your quads. I know I sound like a salesperson but if you want big quads then you need this!
