Save on Shipping with Depot Collection
Avoid shipping costs by picking up your order at one of our depot locations across New Zealand. Follow these steps to collect your order:
- Select Depot Collection: At checkout, choose the 'Depot Collection' option for the depot nearest to you.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a packing slip, including the consignment number and depot address.
- Order Preparation: Our team will prepare your order within 3 to 7 business days.
- Collection Notification: The depot team will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for pickup.
- Pickup Process: Bring your consignment number and driver's license to the depot to collect your order.
Please note: Depot collection is available for orders that meet our carrier’s minimum weight requirement of 35kg. If your order is below this weight, please select an alternative shipping option at checkout.
All orders sent to a depot location must be picked up within 3 Business days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be returned to our Warehouse, and shipping costs for redelivery may apply.
