The Armortech Mag Grip Attachment Kit, with its' unique palm support, keeps the wrist in a partial state of flexion at all times. Flexion is the positioning of the wrist where the biceps are flexed. In this stance, the line of force passes through the proximal phalanx, the most efficient and less tiring grip position. As the back exercise progresses, the wrist maintains its original position, enabling the trainee to achieve optimal exercise.

I bought this equipment after reading the other guys review about buying 8mm D-Rings to go with. And yup you really need them but they don’t affect the look or use of the attachments. Super happy with purchase. Look great and you feel the muscles being isolated better. Would recommend to everyone if you’re sitting on the fence.

These are handy and good value. Am getting great contractions and muscle connection in my back using these.
The placement of the hole in each place however isn't ideal. A standard carabiner is too small to open the latch and feed through it (the rubber casing gets in the way). The carabiner shipped with it do fit, but only in a very specific way and are very fiddly.
I would recommend purchasing some 8mm d rings and having them permanently live on each attachment to feed into the carabiner.
