Terms and Conditions for "Month’s Free Rent on us" Promotion

1. Eligibility:
   • This promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase during the promotion period.
   • Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of New Zealand.
2. Promotion Period:
   • The promotion runs from 30th May to 30th June 2024 .
3. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter the draw, customers must make a purchase during the promotion period.
   • Each purchase qualifies as one entry into the draw.
4. Winner Selection:
   • One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on 1st July, and the winner will be notified via phone and email.
5. Prize Details:
   • The prize is a payment equivalent to one month’s rent or mortgage, capped at $850 weekly, totaling up to $3,400.
   • The winner must provide proof of their rent amount (e.g., rental/ mortgage agreement) within 7 days of notification.
6. Payment:
   • The prize amount will be paid directly into the winner’s bank account.
   • It is the winner's responsibility to use the prize money to pay their rent/ mortgage for the month.
7. General Conditions:
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.
   • The promotion is subject to all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
